The number 1970 represents the birth of the winemaker’s son. From the first vintage it has been decided that only the best grapes may be used.
Dry but rich and full sparkling white wine. Bright yellow and slightly green in colour, with plenty of mousse. Exuberant aroma is spicy, fresh and with mature impressions. Powerful mousse, flavour is dry and fresh, rich, quite powerful, but not tight dry. Long, pure finish is mildly dry, fresh and spicy.
