Bernier Chardonnay IGP Val de Loire
“Chablis that is no Chablis”, so pure and mineral
The wine was discovered two years ago during a blind tasting. It was described as “the freshest Chablis” but it turned out to be a super crisp Chardonnay from Loire! So, you can taste a Chardonnay that is even more mineral than Chablis but you pay less than half the average price of a Chablis!
Crisp pale yellow colour with a youthful hint of fresh green. Invigorating pure aroma with salty “sea breeze” and the mineral purity of Chablis. Intense fresh and crunchy crisp taste. Nicely juicy, clean and dry with a fine balance between ripe fruit and refreshing crisp acidity.
Sustainable and pure
This Chardonnay is from Terra Vitis (terravitis.com). Terra Vitis winemakers follow a strict ecological concept. From vines to bottling. As a result the wines are as pure as nature itself. Quality wines with respect for nature and the environment.
