Indomita Quintus - Gran Reserva Merlot
Delicious fruity Gran Reserva
Quintus Gran Reserva is delicious, fruity and oaked wine, made from the best Merlot grapes that are carefully selected and harvested at optimum ripeness. The wine has intense aromas of cherries, berries, toast and caramel. Full, rich and intense flavour with hints of ripe red fruit, lots of vanilla and chocolate. Long, full finish with delicious notes of oak.
The Central Valley
The Central Valley is the centre of Chilean wine production. All conditions to produce the best Chilean wines can be found here. The area is influenced by the Pacific Ocean, with hot days and cool nights, and semi-continental climate. The area is in the centre of the country, to the south of the capital Santiago.
The Indomita winery
Viña Indomita is a modern Chilean wine company that has vineyards in the best areas of Chile. Indomita's winemaker Roberto Carranca who is internationally acclaimed makes his wines from the best Chilean grapes. He regularly experiments with new grape varieties and prolonged wood maturation. In the dazzling modern bodega, which is built on a prominent capped mountain, there is a "state of the art" winemaking centre and a huge wine cellar where the wines are resting. The basement is carved into the mountain on which the winery is built. This ensures an ideal temperature and humidity.
