La Pauline Miracle Colombard-Sauvignon

A delicious fresh La Pauline Blanc from Côtes de Gascogne. The greatest success of this harvest is the Colombard grape that was this year extremely rich in juicy grapefruit and lime. The result is a blend rich in fruit and freshness, with a touch of Gros Manseng for extra body.

A bright light yellow / green colour. Intense dusty aroma of cranberries, jasmine and a touch of peach. Fresh and crisp fruity taste with citrus, pear, green plum and a lot of grip. An extra fruit by 3-month ripening “sur lie”. Spicy, fresh La Pauline Blanc with baskets full of fruit.

La Pauline for any moment

La Pauline is something special and trustworthy for an affordable price. It is a perfect wine for both a weekday dining and festive occasions.

La Pauline range contains red wine, a very fruity rosé, a pure Sauvignon Blanc and a tantalizing Vino Frizzante. And for special occasions, a prestige cuvée, La Pauline Platine. La Pauline Platine is made from Chardonnay and Cabernet-Merlot, both ripened in wooden barrels, and is limited.

La Pauline is named after the favourite sister of Napoleon, Pauline Maria Paola Bonaparte. Napoleon had four brothers and three sisters. Pauline was the only one who remained loyal to him until his exile to Elba. She was a warm woman, devoid of politics, who knew how to enjoy the pleasures of life.

Côtes de Cascogne

The Côtes de Cascogne wine region is located in southern France, near the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean. The climate conditions are ideal: a fresh breeze of the sea provides cool nights and the soil consists of clay and sand. This stores water from rainy spring for dry summer that follows, so that the vines continue to grow optimally. The result is juicy and fruity wines. A common grape in Côtes de Cascogne is Colombard. This grape perfectly fits the hot climate and gives wines fresh acids and pleasant aromas.
