A wine with a somewhat lighter structure, higher complexity but well balanced and with a great aromatic pallet typical for Saint Émilion wines with a dominance of black fruits (eg black berries.) The Lestonnat grapes are harvested from vineyards with lower yields eg 35-40 hl/ha. It spends more than nine month’s in three different types of barrels all from French oak.
